Join the next online course starting September 19. This course is for aspiring and practicing international school leaders, and prepares you to assess and strengthen a healthy international school culture so that the school’s leaders, staff, practices and structures truly support learning. Discover how to develop a safe school environment that promotes cooperation, respect, collaborative decision-making, honest communications, and connective relationships.
Leadership can be lonely. Let’s change that! While we’ve moved beyond pandemic struggles, our AAIE community has learned that leaders do better when we break out of isolation and learn in conversation and community. Registration is now open for our sixth cohort of Leadership Masterminds led by Homa Tavangar and Will Richardson of the BIG Questions Institute, which convenes in September 2023.
In order to better serve the needs of international school leaders, AAIE is pleased to announce that the Good Governance Project recently expanded its ranks to include the following new consultants each trained by David Chojnacki and Rick Detweiler. Please join us as we welcome consultants Faraday de la Camara, Robin Heslip, Jeff Keller, David Ottaviano, Sarah Putnam, Tom Shearer, and Kristi Williams to the Good Governance Project.
