Arwa Damon, 45, was CNN’s multiple Emmy-award winning Senior International Correspondent for more than 15 years, covering stories from some of the most precarious, yet captivating places on Earth that have few or no laws protecting press freedom and widespread intimidation of journalists. Arwa left CNN in 2022 to pursue documentary film making. 

Originally from the UK, Andrew has worked, taught, and consulted in Europe, Australia, the US, and Middle East. Starting his career in Human Resources, he worked for Marriott, delivering and designing leadership development programs for their expanding network of hotels. He then focused on developing ‘competencies’ as a coach and consultant with McKinsey and Boston Consulting Group for clients including Virgin Atlantic, British Airways, Marks and Spencer, UBS, and Barclays, stretching from pharmaceutical, banking, consulting, and education sectors.

Dr. Derrick Gay is a Diversity and Inclusion Strategist who consults with organizations, both domestically and abroad, Over the past 23 years, he has partnered with over 500 organizations across numerous sectors to deepen D&I capacity; enhance inclusion and engagement; attract, hire, and retain the best talent; and design strategy to maximize business and education goals.

For over three decades, Homa Sabet Tavangar’s work has addressed themes of culture, innovation, leadership, global citizenship and global competence, and deep diversity, equity, belonging and inclusion. She connects timely topics of the moment with the timeless desire to work with purpose and make a difference – whatever one’s circumstances.

During his 24 years of teaching and administration, Myron Dueck has developed numerous grading, assessment and reporting systems with his classes in which students have greater opportunity to show what they understand, adapt to feedback and play a significant role in the reporting of their learning. Myron incorporates his practitioner and leadership experience as he shares his stories, tools and first-hand experiences with educators around the world. 

A former public school educator of 22 years, Will has spent the last 15 years developing an international reputation as a leading thinker and writer about the intersection of social online learning networks, education, and systemic change. Most recently, Will is a co-founder of The Big Questions Institute which was created to help educators use "fearless inquiry" to make sense of this complex moment and an uncertain future.
