This AAIE workshop is specifically geared toward school heads and deputy school heads who are looking to improve their leadership practice during times of transition and challenge. The agenda will vary based on interests and needs of those participating, but topics typically include developing transition plans, strategies for improving relationships with school governance and leadership, and preparing for/responding to significant school changes.
