To believe that when a leader reaches a certain age or level of achievement they are finished products is limiting. Mentoring prompts us to fully realize the strengths we gain with age and experience, and carries with it deep, rejuvenated connections to what we do and who we are. Embracing this truth propels us forward as human beings and affirms the ability to renew and reinvent ourselves in ways that might surprise you. If you have a mentoring experience that you wish to share in the next issue of InterEd, please reach out to Gerri-Ann at firstname.lastname@example.org for additional details.
