Thanks to all of the people who responded to my question as to whether they seperated the threes and fours or not.
Of the responding schools the results are as follows:

10 Schools Seperate the three and four year olds.
4 Schools combine the three and four year olds.
2 Schools do not accept three year olds.

There are different reasons for combining the groups. One combines them because they do not have a big enough population to have two seperate classrooms. Others believe this type of grouping is beneficial for both age groups.
