Dear Colleagues,

 

17 directors responded to my query regarding retirement benefits. As you can

imagine, there is a broad range from none to 30%. I hesitate to run an

average on this limited sampling but if I did, it would be 12.5 %. Some get

a percentage plus a set yearly dollar amount, most have it as a matching

option and need to make their own equal (or more) contribution. Some

mentioned using TIAA-CREF ,others whatever mechanism they choose and a

couple just get it in cash.

 

Would love to hear from more to make it a more comprehensive and "powerful"

 

bargaining tool :-) so let me know what's up for you in the long run if you

haven't already and I'll continue the tab.
