RE: Staff Development Budget

Dear Friends,
Once again, thank you for the information on % of overseas hires on your
staff and the % of your budget you spend on staff development.
 
Staff Development
First, regarding staff development, there was some consistency here. 
Although some schools spend considerably more, the most common response
was 1.5% of the budget. In the end when I did an average I came up with
about 1.6%. The area of the world nor the size of the school seemed to

matter when it came to staff development
