the response when it is quick. To date, there have bee 41
responses
with respect to whether spouses of employees can serve on the
board. 27
no's, 7 yes' including us at
and 1 yes
opinion. The yeses tended to mention that when schools are
small the
candidate pool is meager and it can work to have a spouse if
it is clear
that they do not participate when there is a conflict of
interest.
