AAIE Event Refund/Cancellation Policy
The Association for the Advancement of International Education (AAIE) reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If AAIE cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund for all AAIE registration fees, or provide the option to transfer registration to another event of the registrant's choosing. In the event of low enrollment, AAIE will notify via email all registered participants no less than 4 weeks prior to the date of the event.
